Where are Varenne orders shipped from?
All customer orders are prepared and shipped from our stock in Marseille, France.
How long does it take to prepare an order?
Allow 1 to 2 working days for preparation before shipping.
What are the delivery times?
After shipping, allow 3 to 5 working days in mainland France (1 to 2 working days with express), and 3 to 5 working days in the European Union, the United States and the other destinations served. Delivery times outside France are indicative and may be extended by customs formalities.
Which carriers do you use?
In mainland France, we mainly use Colissimo. In the European Union, the carrier depends on the destination: Colissimo, UPS, DHL or FedEx. Outside the European Union, including the United States, we use DHL or FedEx.
How much does shipping cost?
Mainland France: €7.99 standard, free from €300 of purchases; express €10.99. European Union: €22. United States and other non-EU destinations: €29. Full details are on our Shipping page.
Returns and exchanges
Can I exercise my right of withdrawal?
When the French or European right of withdrawal applies to your distance purchase, you in principle have 14 days from receipt of the goods to notify your decision to withdraw. See our Returns & exchanges page for the applicable terms.
Do you offer size exchanges?
Yes. For a first size change, contact us before returning the item. After receipt and inspection of the return, Varenne covers the shipping of the available replacement size, subject to compliance with the applicable return conditions.
Do you provide a prepaid return label?
This is not currently part of the first size exchange. What we cover is the shipping of the new size after receipt and inspection of the return. Contact us to receive the instructions for your order.
What happens if the size I want is no longer available?
Contact us: we will offer a solution suited to your order, without prejudice to your statutory rights.
