Cowhide is denser than lambskin: it holds its shape and develops a patina along the edges rather than slumping. Wear burgundy over black, grey or ecru, with no other strong colour.

Short, straight fit. Cowhide is firmer than lambskin: if you are between two sizes, take the larger one.
