These terms of use govern access to and use of varennecouture.com. They are supplemented by our terms and conditions of sale, which govern orders, and our privacy policy.

Access to the website

The website is available free of charge, 24 hours a day and seven days a week, subject to interruptions required for maintenance or updates, force majeure or technical failure. Varenne may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the website at any time without creating any right to compensation.

Legal capacity

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a contract. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these conditions.

Customer accounts

Creating an account is optional. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login details confidential. Any activity carried out through your account is deemed to have been carried out by you. Inform us immediately of unauthorised use.

Varenne may suspend or delete an account in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity or abusive behaviour.

Content and product information

Varenne takes great care over descriptions, images and published information. Errors, inaccuracies or omissions may nevertheless occur, including in prices, availability or descriptions. Varenne may correct such information at any time and, where appropriate, cancel an order affected by an obvious error with a full refund.

Leather is a natural material: variations in grain, colour, veining and patina are inherent. Colours displayed may differ slightly from reality depending on screen settings.

Intellectual property

All website content—including text, photographs, illustrations, videos, logos, trademarks, graphic elements, code and layout—is protected by intellectual-property law and belongs to SOMMET CORP or its partners. No licence or right of use is granted beyond personal, non-commercial viewing of the website.

If you submit a review, photograph or other content, you warrant that you hold the necessary rights and grant Varenne a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to reproduce and distribute it on its communication channels.
